Solara provides farm planning tools and recommendations based on scientific models and user input. We do not guarantee specific agricultural outcomes. Farming decisions should be made in consultation with local agricultural experts and based on your specific conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
